Kolhan University postponed its FYUGP exams scheduled for May 2, 2026 to facilitate the smooth conduct of the NEET UG 2026 exam. The NEET UG will occur on May 3, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

A total of 611 examination centres have been set up across 27 districts in India for this important medical entrance test. Around 2.09 lakh candidates are expected to appear for the exam.

The National Testing Agency released the NEET UG Admit Card 2026, and candidates must reach their exam centres at least 1–2 hours before the reporting time. Candidates should avoid carrying prohibited items such as mobile phones and electronic gadgets.

The NEET exam consists of 180 questions across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, totaling 720 marks. The marking scheme awards candidates +4 for each correct answer, -1 for incorrect answers, and 0 for unanswered questions.

Special trains will operate on May 3 to assist candidates traveling to their respective exam centres. Jaipur has emerged as the largest hub with numerous centres set up in the area.

The decision to postpone university examinations aims to minimize inconvenience for students. The Examination Controller of Kolhan University stated, “The decision was taken to ensure smooth conduct of both university examinations and the NEET exam.” Candidates scoring above 650 may secure top ranks in NEET 2026.

The NEET UG is one of India’s most competitive entrance exams for medical courses. It serves as a single entrance test for undergraduate medical admissions across India.
