Neet exam timing
The NEET UG 2026 exam will take place on May 3, 2026, across various locations including India, Dubai, Sharjah, and Riyadh. This medical entrance exam is crucial for candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS programs.
The exam will occur in a single shift from 2 PM to 5 PM in India. Candidates must report by 1:30 PM at their respective exam centres. For those in Dubai and Sharjah, the timing is adjusted to 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM UAE time. Candidates in Riyadh must arrive by 11 AM, as entry will not be permitted after 11:30 AM.
This year, approximately 23 lakh candidates have registered for the NEET UG 2026 exam. The question paper will consist of 180 questions, totaling 720 marks. To ensure security and integrity during the examination, biometric verification will be conducted at all centres.
Candidates are required to carry their NEET UG 2026 admit card, a valid photo ID, and passport-size photographs. They must also adhere to a strict dress code and avoid bringing prohibited items like gadgets into the examination hall.
