The NEET admit card 2026 release comes with a strong warning from NTA against misinformation and fraud related to the examination. Candidates can download their admit cards from the official website starting April 26, 2026.

The NEET UG 2026 examination is scheduled for May 3, 2026. It will take place in a single shift from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card to the exam centre; digital copies will not be accepted.

The admit card includes critical information such as the examination centre address, roll number, application number, and important instructions. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions contained therein as well as in the Information Bulletin.

NTA has warned candidates against misinformation regarding leaked NEET question papers. Officials are taking strict legal action against those spreading false information. Candidates must check all details carefully after downloading the admit card.

To download the admit card, candidates need to enter their application number along with their date of birth or password. They should also bring valid government photo identification and passport-sized photographs to the exam.

In previous years, nearly all candidates were allotted their first-choice city for the examination—99.2% in fact. The city intimation slips have already been released to candidates.

As the exam date approaches, NTA remains committed to conducting examinations that are free, fair, and transparent. Candidates should verify their personal information and exam details on the admit card before the exam.

With only days left until the admit card download begins, candidates must remain vigilant against potential fraudsters. The NTA advises everyone involved to stay informed and follow official channels for updates.
