Cbse class 12th result class 12
CBSE has adopted a new On-Screen Marking system for the first time in 2026, aiming to improve transparency and efficiency in the evaluation process. The CBSE Class 12 Result is expected to be declared in the third week of May, likely around May 23, 2026.
Over 18 lakh students are waiting for their results. A minimum of 33% marks in each subject is required to pass the examination. The Class 12 board examinations began on February 17, and will conclude in March.
The results will be available on cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in, DigiLocker, and the UMANG app. CBSE has confirmed that the evaluation process is running smoothly and efficiently.
Sanyam Bhardwaj stated, “I refute each and every thing which has been stated in some media news portal. These are false and everything is perfectly fine.” He also mentioned, “My evaluation is going very perfectly, better than the previous evaluation.”
No press conference will be held to announce the results. Students should download and save a digital copy from DigiLocker after checking their results. They should also collect their original marksheet from their school when it becomes available.
Students are encouraged to begin researching colleges and completing admission forms. The typical timeline for CBSE results is five to six weeks after the final examination concludes.
